Household Registration at Husband's Father's House: Is Relationship Proof Required?
According to the provisions of Article 19 of the Law on Residence 2006:
Citizens with legal residences in any province may register their permanent residence in that province. In cases where the legal residence is rented, borrowed, or housed by an individual, the consent of the landlord, lender, or host must be provided in writing.
Regarding permanent residence registration documents, they include:
a) The household, population change notification form; population declaration form;
b) The household relocation certificate as stipulated in Article 28 of this Law;
c) Documents and materials proving legal residence. For cases relocating to centrally-governed cities, additional proof documents are required.
According to the information you provided, you wish to register your household in your father-in-law's house, which is not in a centrally-governed city. Therefore, based on the above regulations, there is no requirement to prove the relationship.
Respectfully!
