Documents Required for Re-registration of Marriage with Foreign Elements
The dossier to be presented when re-registering a marriage with foreign elements includes the documents stipulated in Part II of Decision 1872/QD-BTP in 2020. To be specific:
* Documents to be presented
Passports or identity cards or citizen identification cards or other documents with photos and personal information issued by competent authorities, valid for use, to prove the identities of both parties requesting to re-register the marriage.
* Documents to be submitted
- The re-registration of marriage declaration form;
- A copy of the previously issued Marriage Certificate. If a copy of the Marriage Certificate is not available, submit a copy of personal records or documents containing relevant information related to the marriage registration content.
