Documents and Materials to Prove Parent-Child Relationship

Based on Point b Clause 1 Article 6 of Decree 62/2021/ND-CP stipulating the documents and materials proving kinship:

Documents and materials to prove the parent-child relationship: Birth certificate; certification or decision on adoption; decision on recognition of parents and children relationship; confirmation from the Commune People's Committee or the District People's Committee in areas without commune-level administrative units where residing; a valid passport containing information indicating the kinship between parent and child; court decisions, civil status extracts, or documents from medical agencies, assessment agencies, and other competent agencies confirming the parent-child relationship.

The aforementioned are the documents and materials proving the parent-child relationship according to the legal regulations on residence.
