Determination of the Relationship with the Householder Regarding Residency According to New Regulations

Section 4, Article 6 of Circular 55/2021/TT-BCA (Effective from July 1, 2021) stipulates the method of determining the relationship with the household head as follows:

The relationship between household members and the household head in a household is determined as follows: wife, husband, biological father, biological mother, adoptive father, adoptive mother, biological child, adopted child; paternal grandfather, paternal grandmother, maternal grandfather, maternal grandmother, biological brother, biological sister, biological sibling, biological grandchild; paternal great-grandfather, paternal great-grandmother, maternal great-grandfather, maternal great-grandmother, biological uncle (father's older brother), biological uncle (father's younger brother), biological maternal uncle (mother’s brother), biological aunt (father’s sister), biological aunt (mother’s sister), biological great-grandchild; guardian, staying with permission, borrowing accommodation, renting accommodation, staying together with permission, renting together, borrowing together.
