Conflict with Mother-in-Law: Grounds for Divorce?

Thus, according to the information you provided, as the influence from the mother-in-law, currently both of you are living with the mother-in-law and want to divorce due to conflicts with the mother-in-law, it cannot be resolved for divorce. If you want to proceed, you must prove that your husband has committed acts of domestic violence or seriously violated your rights and obligations leading to the situation where both of you cannot continue your conjugal life. The reason influenced by the mother-in-law is unacceptable.
Therefore, you may move out or in some way temporarily not live together with your parents-in-law to avoid further conflicts.
