Can an 11th Grade Student Be Drafted for Military Service?

According to Article 30 of the 2015 Military Service Law, the age to be enlisted is regulated as follows:

Citizens who are 18 years old are eligible for conscription; the conscription age range is from 18 years old to 25 years old; citizens who are undergoing college or university training and have been deferred from conscription are eligible until 27 years old.

Therefore, based on the above regulation, the minimum age to fulfill military service obligations is 18 years old. Consequently, in your case being only 17 years old means you are not yet eligible for conscription.
