The elderly as stipulated in this Law are Vietnamese citizens who are 60 years old or older.
In Article 5 of Circular 244/2016/TT-BTC, cases exempt from fees when applying for judicial record certificates include:
Children as stipulated in the Law on Protection, Care and Education of Children.
The elderly as stipulated in the Law on the Elderly.
Persons with disabilities as stipulated in the Law on Persons with Disabilities.
