5 Rights of the Testator

- Reserve a portion of the estate for gifts and worship.
- Assign obligations to the heirs.
- Appoint a will custodian, estate manager, and estate distributor.
Among these 05 rights is the right to assign obligations to the heirs. Therefore, you can assign the debt repayment obligation to your son when drafting the will.
