Where to Submit Applications for the Customs Brokerage Certificate Examination?
Clause 4 Article 13 of Circular 12/2015/TT-BTC stipulates the place for submitting application dossiers as follows:
During the notification period mentioned in Clause 3 of this Article, the exam participant must submit the application dossier at the Customs Department of the province or city that is convenient for the participant's choice and must pay the fee in accordance with the current laws at the place of submission of the registration dossier.
Thus, according to the regulation, the registration dossier can be submitted at the Customs Department of the province or city that is convenient for the exam participant's choice (any convenient province or city is acceptable).
