What are the forms of document copying?

Clause 1, Article 25 of Decree 30/2020/ND-CP on forms of document copy certification:

The copying of documents includes: copying from a paper document to another paper document, copying from an electronic document to a paper document, and copying from a paper document to an electronic document.

- Copying from a paper document to another paper document is executed by photocopying from the original or main paper document to another sheet of paper.

- Copying from an electronic document to a paper document is executed by printing the original electronic document onto paper.

- Copying from a paper document to an electronic document is executed by digitizing the paper document and applying the digital signature of the respective authority or organization.
