What are state management responsibilities in preventing and countering proliferation of weapons of mass destruction in Vietnam?
I have a question. According to current regulations, what are state management responsibilities in preventing and countering proliferation of weapons of mass destruction in Vietnam?

Pursuant to Article 28 of the Decree 81/2019/NĐ-CP stipulating state management responsibilities in preventing and countering proliferation of weapons of mass destruction in Vietnam as follows:
1. Government shall perform joint state management on preventing and countering the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction.
2. Ministry of National Defense is responsible to Government for taking charge and cooperating in state management regarding preventing and countering the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction.
3. Ministries, ministerial agencies and provincial People’s Committees are responsible for cooperating and carrying out tasks relating to preventing and countering the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction within their assigned authority and field.
Above are state management responsibilities in preventing and countering proliferation of weapons of mass destruction in Vietnam.
