What are regulations on the sitting position with firearms in a police vehicle in the Public Security Force's Ordinance in Vietnam?

Based on the regulations stipulated in Article 94 of Circular 18/2012/TT-BCA regarding the Command Regulations of the People's Public Security Forces issued by the Ministry of Public Security, the action of sitting in a car with a gun is prescribed as follows:

1. Command: "SIT DOWN";

2. Action: Performed in 3 steps

a) Step 1: Use the tips of both feet as a support to spread both heels outward, feet parallel;

b) Step 2: Use the right hand to hold the gun and place it between the feet, with the muzzle facing inward, the butt of the gun nearly level with the heels;

c) Step 3:

- Action when carrying a rifle: Sit down with the left hand grasping the handguard over the sight, below the right hand. The gun is upright, 20 centimeters (cm) away from the body; arms naturally close to the body, shoulders balanced, sitting posture upright, upper body straight. The shins are almost vertical, thighs horizontal and perpendicular to the shins, knees together holding the gun (if without a gun, the knees are not together), hands naturally in fists placed face down on the knees;

- Action when carrying a submachine gun: Sit in a position holding the gun (Figure 57).
