What are regulations on fuel dispencers of fuel stations on water surfaces in Vietnam?
Fuel dispencers of the gasoline station on the water surface are regulated in Clause 2, Article 9 of Circular 15/2020/TT-BCT. To be specific:
The installation location of the fuel dispencer in the gasoline station in Vietnam must meet the following requirements:
a) The fuel dispencer must be placed in well-ventilated, convenient locations.
b) Ensure that vehicles can stop and park easily along the fuel dispencer without obstructing other traffic vehicles entering and exiting the station.
