What are regulations on assessment, inspection for acceptance, and acknowledgement of results and settlement of contracts of task implementation program in technological innovation until 2030 in Vietnam?

Pursuant to Clause 6, Article 10 of the Circular 06/2021/TT-BKHCN stipualting assessment, inspection for acceptance, and acknowledgement of results and settlement of contracts of task implementation program in technological innovation until 2030 in Vietnam as follows:

Procedures for assessing, inspecting for acceptance, and acknowledging task implementation results shall conform to Circular No. 11/2014/TT-BKHCN dated May 30, 2014 of Minister of Science and Technology. Reports on consolidated task results shall conform to Form No. B3-BCTH under Annex attached hereto.

What are regulations on registration, storage, disposal of property, ownership, and use right of task implementation results in technological innovation program until 2030 in Vietnam?

Pursuant to Clause 7, Article 10 of the Circular 06/2021/TT-BKHCN stipualting registration, storage, disposal of property, ownership, and use right of task implementation results in technological innovation program until 2030 in Vietnam as follows:

a) Registration and storage of task implementation results shall conform to Circular No. 14/2014/TT-BKHCN dated June 11, 2014 of Minister of Science and Technology.

b) Disposal of property, transfer of ownership and use right of task implementation results shall conform to Law on Management and Use of Public Property and relevant applicable documents.
