What are regulations on appraisal of task expenditure in technological innovation program until 2030 in Vietnam?

Pursuant to Clause 3, Article 10 of the Circular 06/2021/TT-BKHCN stipulating appraisal of task expenditure in technological innovation program until 2030 in Vietnam as follows:

Task expenditure appraisal team consists of 5 members, in which: head of Department of Technology Application and Development shall act as the Director; Representative of Department of Planning-Finance shall act as the Vice Director; A representative of Board of Program directors shall act as a member; A representative of National Technology Innovation Fund shall act as a member; The Director, the Vice Director, or review member of the Council shall select the last member.

In specific cases, Minister of Science and Technology can decide on number of members of task expenditure appraisal team other than 5 members as regulated under this Clause.

Principles, schedules, work of task expenditure appraisal team and task approval shall conform to Circular No. 08/2017/TT-BKHCN dated June 26, 2017 of Minister of Science and Technology.

What are regulations on periodic examination, assessment, amendment, and termination of contracts during task implementation in technological innovation program until 2030 in Vietnam?

Pursuant to Clause 5, Article 10 of the Circular 06/2021/TT-BKHCN stipulating periodic examination, assessment, amendment, and termination of contracts during task implementation in technological innovation program until 2030 in Vietnam as follows:

Procedures for examining, assessing, amending, and terminating contracts during task implementation shall conform to Circular No. 04/2015/TT-BKHCN dated March 11, 2015 of Minister of Science and Technology.
