Pursuant to Circular 158/2019/TT-BQP on national technical regulations on destruction of grenades and explosive warheads, demolition explosives, and fragmentation explosives, the following provisions are stipulated:
The igniter (or other fire-producing devices) and the keys used to activate the power source of the ignition device or other power sources (remote detonation devices, batteries, accumulators, etc.) are directly managed by the commanding officer.
