Based on Point a Clause 1 and Clause 2 Article 21 of Decree 13/2020/ND-CP, the regulations are as follows:
The scale of livestock farming is determined by the number of livestock units at the farming facility at the same time.
The scale of livestock farming farms is defined as follows:
- Large-scale livestock farming farm: From 300 livestock units and above;- Medium-scale livestock farming farm: From 30 to under 300 livestock units;- Small-scale livestock farming farm: From 10 to under 30 livestock units.
