Responsibilities of State Management Agencies for Petroleum Business

Responsibilities of State Regulatory Authorities on Petrol and Oil Business as stipulated in Article 16 of Circular 15/2020/TT-BCT. To be specific:

- The Domestic Market Department - Ministry of Industry and Trade shall take the lead and cooperate with relevant agencies and units to guide, inspect, and supervise the implementation of this Standard; It is responsible for recommending the Minister of Industry and Trade to amend and supplement this Standard to suit practical realities.

- The Departments of Industry and Trade in provinces and cities under Central authority are responsible for guiding, inspecting, and supervising the implementation of this Technical Standard locally; Receiving conformity reports from organizations and individuals as prescribed.
