Regulations on the Formatting of Administrative Documents
In Article 13 of Decree 30/2020/ND-CP concerning clerical work. To be specific:
- The document presentation technique includes: Paper size, presentation style, page margin settings, font, font size, font style, position of components, and page numbering.
- The presentation technique of administrative documents is implemented in accordance with Appendix I of this Decree.
- Capitalization in administrative documents is implemented in accordance with Appendix II of this Decree. The abbreviation of the names of types of administrative documents is implemented in accordance with Appendix III of this Decree.
