Procedure for Reissuing the Archiving Practice Certificate
Legal Basis: Decree 01/2013/ND-CP.
1. Conditions for reissuance:
- Expired Certificate of Practice in archiving;
- Addition of practice content;
- The Certificate of Practice in archiving is damaged or lost.
2. Components of the reissuance application dossier:
- Application for reissuance of the Certificate of Practice in archiving submitted at the place where the old Certificate of Practice in archiving was issued;
- Old Certificate of Practice in archiving (except in the case of a lost Certificate);
- Certified copy of diploma, certificate, and Working Time Confirmation Letter in the field related to the content requested to be added (for cases requesting the addition of practice content).
3. Reissuance process:
The Department of Home Affairs is responsible for reviewing and reissuing the Certificate of Practice in archiving for eligible applicants according to the regulations and for collecting the old Certificate of Practice in archiving (except in the case of a lost Certificate).
4. Authority for reissuance: Director of the Department of Home Affairs
5. Processing time: 15 working days from the date of receiving a complete dossier
6. Fees: According to the regulations of the Ministry of Finance.
7. Validity period of the certificate: is the remaining period in case of reissuance due to the certificate being lost or damaged; 05 years in case of reissuance due to expiration.
