Article 42 Technical Procedures for Surveying, Detecting, and Clearing Explosive Ordnance issued together with Circular 121/2021/TT-BQP (Effective from November 05, 2021) stipulates the order of detecting explosive ordnance using sonar and magnetometer equipment as follows:
Mobilizing equipment.
Preparing the ground.
Traffic regulation.
Positioning markers to delineate the construction area.
Detecting explosive ordnance on the seabed surface and to a depth of 1 meter.
Inspecting and handling signals on the seabed surface.
Inspecting and handling signals to a depth of 1 meter.
Disposing of explosive ordnance on-site.
Disbanding the equipment.
