Notification of the Results of Firefighting Plan Dossier Processing
According to Clause 7, Article 19, Decree 136/2020/ND-CP (Effective from January 10, 2021), this content is stipulated as follows:
Notification of processing results of the dossier:
- If the dossier is submitted directly at the One-Stop-Shop Section of the competent authority, the receiving officer must directly deliver 01 copy of the Receipt Form for resolving administrative procedures related to fire prevention and fighting or the Instruction Form for supplemental documents for resolving administrative procedures related to fire prevention and fighting to the person submitting the dossier and retain 01 copy;
- If the dossier is submitted via the Public Service Portal of the competent authority, the receiving officer will send a notification through email or phone message about the receipt or instructions to supplement the dossier to the entity, organization, or individual who submitted the dossier;
- If the dossier is submitted through the public postal service, via a hired service of the company, individual, or through authorization in accordance with the law, the receiving officer must send 01 copy of the Receipt Form for resolving administrative procedures related to fire prevention and fighting or the Instruction Form for supplemental documents for resolving administrative procedures related to fire prevention and fighting to the entity, organization, or individual who previously submitted the dossier and retain 01 copy.
