Military Service Transfer Certificate
According to Clause 1 and Clause 3, Article 5 of Circular 148/2018/TT-BQP stipulating the postponement of conscription for the following citizens:
+ Not physically fit for military service as concluded by the Health Examination Council.
+ The sole laborer directly supporting relatives who are incapacitated or not yet of working age; families severely damaged in terms of persons and assets due to accidents, natural disasters, or dangerous epidemics as confirmed by the commune-level People's Committee, including communes, wards, and commune-level towns (hereinafter collectively referred to as communes).
+ One child of a war invalid or a person exposed to Agent Orange with a reduction in working capacity ranging from 61% to 80%.
+ Having a sibling currently serving as a non-commissioned officer or soldier; non-commissioned officers and soldiers performing their duty in the People's Public Security force.
+ Persons who are part of resettlement or population relocation projects within the first 3 years of moving to especially difficult communes under state socio-economic development projects as decided by the provincial-level People's Committee or higher.
+ Officials and public employees, youth volunteers mobilized to work in areas with particularly difficult socio-economic conditions as prescribed by law.
+ Studying at general education institutions; enrolled in full-time undergraduate programs at higher education institutions, or full-time college programs at vocational educational institutions during the training period of a single training level.
- Citizens eligible for postponement of conscription as stipulated in Clause 1 of this Article, if the reasons for postponement cease, will then be conscripted into military service.
Thus, in your case of being admitted to a college, you are eligible for postponement of military service. Additionally, after completing your studies, you will be conscripted into military service.
