How is the transportation of warheads regulated?
According to Circular 158/2019/TT-BQP, the regulations on the transportation of warheads are as follows:
- Only personnel assigned the task are permitted to transport warheads.
- Transportation of warheads from the collection point awaiting destruction to the destruction site shall be done using two-wheeled hand carts or carried manually. Depending on the mode of transport, the transportation force can be divided into teams (groups), each team consisting of 2 to 4 people with a team leader appointed for each team.
- Transportation of warheads from ammunition storage awaiting destruction to the detonation site must follow a sequential order by team. Once the preceding team has transported the entire quantity of warheads and placed them in the destruction pit, the following team may proceed. Manually carried transportation means must ensure the distance from the bottom of the box to the ground is between 25 cm and 30 cm. When handling warheads directly, actions must be coordinated and gentle to avoid dropping the warheads. The following actions are strictly prohibited:
+ Pushing, throwing, tossing, or dragging warhead packaging boxes;
+ Using ferrous metal objects to contact warheads;
+ Engaging in playful behavior or lack of focus during the transportation of warheads.
- Tools used to open warhead boxes or packaging must be specialized tools specific to each type of packaging as approved by the competent authority.
=> The above are the regulations regarding the transportation of warheads.
Respectfully!
