How is the Marking of Boundary Points for Construction Regulated in Underwater UXO Clearance Activities?
Article 46 Technical Procedures for Survey, Exploration, and Mine Clearance Issued with Circular 121/2021/TT-BQP (Effective from November 5, 2021) Regulating the Location of Boundary Marking Points for Construction Scope as follows:
Boundary marking points within the construction scope are used to control the construction area.
Equipment: ships up to 650 hp equipped with satellite positioning devices (DGPS devices).
Implementation sequence:
a) Positioning using DGPS devices.
b) Identifying and marking the boundary locations on the construction area map.
Implementation methods:
a) Input the standard coordinate system into the DGPS device to mark the boundary of the construction area.
b) Use the DGPS device to find the coordinates of the entered points, in the following sequence:
- Navigate the ship according to the bearing and distance guidelines on the DGPS device screen;
- When the DGPS device indicates that the required coordinates are reached, stop moving. Place the antenna of the DGPS device on top of the marker buoy and press the coordinate determination button;
- Determine each coordinate point marked to ensure it is within the construction area until completion.
Respectfully!
