Technical procedures for investigation, survey, and clearance of unexploded ordnance promulgated with Circular 121/2021/TT-BQP (Effective from November 05, 2021) stipulate equipment mobilization as follows:
Mobilizing equipment for construction from the gathering point to the construction site includes:
Ship for detection with a power capacity from 1,200 HP or more: 01 unit.
Ship for positioning, diving to handle signals with a power capacity from 350 HP to 650 HP, equipped with a mini auto crane: maximum 02 units.
Ship for traffic regulation with a power capacity of 350 HP (equipped with warning and communication devices): maximum 04 units.
Logistic support ship with a power capacity of 350 HP: 01 unit.
Wooden boat (carrying capacity of 3 tons or more, equipped with a motor and a mini auto crane): 01 unit.
Diving equipment for depths up to 30 m (with surface air supply equipment): maximum 04 sets.
Diving bell and accompanying complete equipment: 01 set.
Equipment for suction and sediment erosion: 01 set.
High-capacity air compressor for erosion of sediment: 01 set.
ROV equipment: 01 unit.
UXO detection equipment:
a) Underwater ordnance detectors: maximum 03 sets;
b) Sonar and magnetometer equipment: 01 set;
c) Handheld tools: Quantity and type as required by the task.
