The Inventory Committee is responsible for inspecting all damaged consular blank forms, preparing an Inventory Record of damaged consular blank forms according to Form No. 11/2020/NG-LS.

+ The Consular Department consolidates the number of damaged consular blank forms arising at their unit; accepts and inspects the number of damaged consular blank forms transferred by the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Foreign Affairs, compares them with the Inventory Record of damaged consular blank forms and the consular blank forms usage report for the same period, prepares a confirmation record, and carries out the destruction of the damaged consular blank forms as stipulated.
