Electrical Safety Distances as per Latest Regulations
Clause 13, Subsection II.II, Section II, National Technical Regulation on Electrical Safety QCVN 01: 2020/BCT (Effective from June 1, 2021) specifies electrical safety distances as follows:
- Without temporary barriers, the electrical safety distance shall not be less than stipulated in the following table:

| From 01 to 15 | 0.70 |
| Over 15 up to 35 | 1.00 |
| Over 35 up to 110 | 1.50 |
| 220 | 2.50 |
| 500 | 4.50 |
- With temporary barriers, the safety distance from the barrier to the energized part shall not be less than stipulated in the following table:

| Over 15 up to 35 | 0.60 |
| Over 35 up to 110 | 1.50 |
| 220 | 2.50 |
| 500 | 4.50 |
- If the distances stipulated in clause 13.1 cannot be maintained, or barriers as stipulated in clause 13.2 cannot be placed, power must be cut off to perform the work.
