Determination of adjusted labor costs in the adjusted estimate due to price fluctuations in Vietnam
According to Section 2.1.2, Appendix 06, issued along with Circular 04/2020/TT-BTTTT (effective from April 09, 2020), which stipulates the determination of adjusted labor costs (NC^DC^) for the adjusted estimate due to price fluctuation factors, the method for determining the adjusted estimate is as follows:
Adjusted labor costs (NC^DC^) are determined according to the following formula:
In which:
+ Qj: is the volume of work j;
+ : is the adjusted labor unit price for work j.
The adjusted labor unit price for work j is determined by the following formula:
DG^NCĐC^ = B x g^CLNC^ (6.8)
- B: labor consumption calculated as direct man-days according to the average rank for a unit volume of work in the standard estimate;
- g^CLNC^: the value of the difference in labor costs for task i at the time of adjustment compared to the labor costs in the approved estimate or in the winning bid price before contract signing (i=1÷n);
Sincerely!
