How to Compile the List of Surveyed Units in the Scientific Research and Technology Development in 2022?

As stated in Subsection 8.2, Section 8 of the Survey Plan for Scientific Research and Technology Development in 2022, issued together with Decision No. 975/QD-BKHCN in 2022, the regulations to compile the list of surveyed units in the scientific research and technology development in 2022 are as follows:

Based on the determined survey subjects, proceed to compile the list of surveyed units.

For organizations engaged in R&D activities, the Ministry of Science and Technology will send an official letter to ministries, central authorities, and local authorities, as well as central agencies of political and socio-political organizations, requesting them to compile a list of such organizations. Based on this, a list of surveyed units for each ministry/sector, province/city under central authority will be compiled to ensure accurate, comprehensive, and non-duplicative data collection, thereby providing favorable conditions for preparation and organizational management.

How to Update the List of Surveyed Units in the Scientific Research and Technology Development in 2022?

As stated in Subsection 8.3, Section 8 of the Survey Plan for Scientific Research and Technology Development in 2022, issued together with Decision No. 975/QD-BKHCN in 2022, the regulations to update the list of surveyed units in the scientific research and technology development in the year 2022 are as follows:

In June 2022 and during the survey process, the National Agency for Science and Technology Information will cooperate with relevant agencies, ministries, sectors, and provincial Departments of Science and Technology to review and update the geographical and listed surveyed units. During the review and update, special attention should be given to units with new R&D activities that have split, merged, converted, or newly established after the time of registration.
