Which Vehicles Are Allowed to Pass Through the 'Green Lane' at Covid-19 Checkpoints?

According to the Guidelines for establishing the "Green Lane" for priority transportation for vehicles transporting goods, workers, and experts, allowing uninterrupted circulation 24/7 in localities implementing Directive 16/CT-TTg, issued by the Directorate for Roads of Vietnam attached to Official Dispatch 4977/TCDBVN-VT in 2021, as follows:

Types of vehicles eligible for registration for the Priority Vehicle Identification Card when operating on the “Green Lane” routes as announced by the Directorate for Roads of Vietnam and the Departments of Transport of provinces and centrally-governed cities include:

- Trucks transporting essential goods serving social security, ensuring production and business activities, exportation, transportation of equipment, materials, and medical supplies for Covid-19 pandemic prevention,... with transportation routes to, from, or through areas under lockdown, social distancing, or outbreak zones.

- Buses transporting workers, laborers, and experts serving production and business activities with transportation routes to, from, or through areas under lockdown, social distancing, or outbreak zones.
