Which Professional Military Personnel Will Have Their Active Service Age Extended?

In Clause 1, Article 1 of Circular 12/2021/TT-BQP, there are regulations regarding subjects eligible for extended active service, as follows:

- Professional soldiers with a college degree or higher currently holding positions such as Technician, Technical Staff, Trainer, Artist, Musician, Actor working in their trained field at research facilities, schools, hospitals, sports centers, art troupes, factories, or defense enterprises; units stationed in remote, isolated, border, and island areas.

- Professional soldiers working in specialized fields that require extensive training or in military sectors that have yet to train personnel; high-level craftsmen.

- Professional soldiers holding command or management positions in defense factories or enterprises.

- Professional soldiers not classified under points a, b, or c of this clause as decided by the Minister of National Defense.
