Depending on the scale of the agency, organization, or enterprise, the grassroots trade union Executive Committee and the employer may agree on additional time.
Thus, typically, the Chairman and Vice Chairman of the grassroots trade union are allowed to use 24 working hours in one month, and members of the Executive Committee, Heads, and Deputy Heads of trade union units are allocated 12 working hours in one month for trade union work.
