When Must the Recipient Respond to a Request for Dialogue at the Workplace?
Clause 2, Article 40 of Decree 145/2020/ND-CP stipulates the organization of dialogue upon the request of one party as follows:
Within no later than 05 working days from the date of receipt of the dialogue request stipulated in Clause 1 of this Article, the party receiving the dialogue request must provide a written response, agreeing on the time and place to organize the dialogue. The employer and the representative of the workers in dialogue have the responsibility to coordinate and conduct the dialogue.
Thus, within no later than 05 working days from the date of receipt of the dialogue request, the party receiving the request must provide a written response.
