Based on Point c Clause 2 and Clause 4 Article 36 of Decree 39/2016/ND-CP stipulating the organization of safety, occupational hygiene units:
at least 02 people must be appointed to perform specialized safety, occupational hygiene tasks according to policies. The individuals must meet one of the following conditions:
- Possess a university degree in technical fields.
- Possess a college degree in technical fields; with at least 01 year of work experience in the production, business field of the establishment.
- Possess an intermediate level degree in technical fields or directly engage in technical work; with 03 years of work experience in the production, business field of the establishment.
