Pursuant to Article 27 of the Circular 29/2022/TT-BLĐTBXH stipulating the uniforms of officials and workers at public drug rehabilitation establishments in Vietnam as follows:

Uniforms of officials and workers at public drug rehabilitation establishments

1. Costumes of officials and employees at public drug rehabilitation establishments include: spring-summer pants and shirts; pants and shirt for autumn and winter; winter outerwear (for provinces and cities from Thua Thien - Hue back to the North); Long sleeve shirts; Short-sleeved shirts; leather shoes; sea ​​name; hard hat; soft hat; belt; rain clothing; badge set.

For public employees and employees working in the health department of public drug rehabilitation establishments, they must wear uniforms when performing the task of examining and treating drug addicts according to regulations of the Ministry of Health.

2. Designs and colors of uniforms of officials and employees at public drug rehabilitation establishments as prescribed in Section A, Appendix II of this Circular.

Thus, the uniforms of officials and employees at public drug rehabilitation establishments include:

For public employees and employees working in the health department of public drug rehabilitation establishments, they must wear uniforms when performing the task of examining and treating drug addicts according to regulations of the Ministry of Health.

What clothing and equipment do officials and employees at public drug rehabilitation establishments in Vietnam share?

Pursuant to Section 3 Appendix II of the Circular 29/2022/TT-BLĐTBXH stipulating shared clothing and equipment as follows:

(1) Name plate

+) Design:

- The nameplate is made of copper plate, the face is painted with blue paint, and has a yellow border around it. Length 82mm, width 22mm. The left side is the logo of the Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs sector.

The right part has 3 lines of text: the top line is the name of the drug addiction treatment facility (in bold font size 10), the second line is the user's full name (in bold font size 14), the third line is title/title of the user (font size 16 in bold).

The letters in the signboard use the Vietnamese font Times New Roman - Unicode.

- Stainless steel alloy pin.

- The nameplate is pinned above the left bra pocket.

+) Color: blue.

(2) Hard Hat

+) Design:

The hat is oval in shape, the core is made from pulp, the outside is covered with a layer of cloth, the forehead is covered with one oz, the two cheeks of the hat are spread with two air vents on each side, the inside has a strap and a bridge.

+) Color: charcoal purple.

(3) Soft hat

+) Design:

The face of the hat is made of hard plastic, the hat consists of four pieces, the font is lined. The hat's forehead is covered with an oz, the two sides wear a hat with three air vents on each side, the inside of the bridge is sewn with imitation leather, the back of the hat has an adjustable strap.

+) Color: charcoal purple.

(4) Belts

+) Design: The belt is made of leather, the end is rounded, the inner end of the rope has a locking slot. The lock body is made of cast metal and attached to the wire with a pin buckle, the face of the lock is embossed with the letter “CN” in the center of the circle on an alloy-plated embossed ray background (according to model number 16 of this Appendix).

+) Color: Black belt, yellow belt buckle.

(5) Rain clothes

+) Design:

- Raincoat:

Jacket style, legless collar. The front left body sews a clip to cover the button, and the inside has a zipper to the end of the neck.

The back of the shoulder bridge is separate, the inside has a seamless mesh fabric for air ventilation, the foot of the shoulder bridge and the brace are attached with a reflective sign. Sleeveless style, cuffs sewn with elastic. The detachable hood attaches to the shirt with buttons. The seams are glued with waterproof tape.

- Rain pants: Wide leg style, elastic waistband, with buttons under the hem.

+) Color: Dark blue raincoat, gray and white reflective sea.

What are principles of dispensing and using uniforms of officials and employees of public drug rehabilitation establishments in Vietnam?

Pursuant to Clause 2 Article 28 of the Circular 29/2022/TT-BLĐTBXH stipulating principles of dispensing and using uniforms of officials and employees of public drug rehabilitation establishments in Vietnam as follows:

- The allocation and use of costumes must comply with the standards, purposes, subjects, and deadlines as prescribed.

Public drug detoxification establishments must open books to monitor and manage the allocation and use of uniforms of officials and employees to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations;

- Officials and employees are provided with uniforms to use when performing their duties; Responsible for the care and maintenance of the dress according to regulations.

In case the issued costume is damaged or lost due to objective reasons, an additional grant will be granted.

In case the issued outfit is damaged or lost without objective reasons, the individual must make his/her own tailoring to ensure the required costume according to the provisions of this Circular for use;

- For cases of retirement, incapacitated leave, or transfer to another job where the issued clothes have not expired, they do not have to be revoked; If the expiration date has not been issued, it will not be issued.

For cases of forced resignation and other leave, the name plate and uniform that were issued before leaving the job must be revoked.
