a) Implement the receipt - issuance (receipt - payment) of cash, precious assets, and valuable documents accurately, promptly, and fully in accordance with the orders of the competent authority, in accordance with valid and legal accounting documents;

b) Open cash books; books to track each type of money, each type of asset; warehouse cards; other necessary books; record and keep all books and documents complete, clear, and accurate;

c) Organize the arrangement of cash and assets in the cash vault in a neat, scientific manner, ensuring the hygiene of the cash vault; apply necessary measures to ensure the quality of money and assets in the cash vault;

d) Participate in regular or ad hoc inventory of assets in the cash vault to ensure the accuracy between actual inventory and accounting books and cash books, warehouse cards;

dd) Manage, keep the key to one lock of the cash vault door that stores the entrusted assets, the locks of the gian kho doors and the means of storing assets in the cash vault (safes, steel cabinets); be individually responsible for the assets in the cash vault under the assigned tasks;

e) Implement fully the reporting and inventory regime of the cash vault, in accordance with the regulations of the State and the sector.

d) Understand the functions and tasks of the industry and the unit;

dd) Follow the correct procedures for processing documents, recording cash books, and warehouse cards;
