Vietnam: Report template on changes to employees within the last 6 months of the year
According to Clause 2, Article 6, Circular 23/2014/TT-BLDTBXH:
Biannually or annually, an employer in Vietnam shall report on changes to employees to the Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs Division or Department (for employers operating in industrial parks) of the locality where its/his/her head office, branch or representative office is located.
The reporting time is by May 25 and November 25 each year according to form number 07 issued together with this Circular.
Thus, during operations, your company must send the employment report to the Department of Labor, War Invalids, and Social Affairs because your company is located in an industrial park.
