Vietnam: Is it required to include probationary employees in the report on changes to employees within the last 6 months of the year?

This is my first time preparing a report on changes to employees within the last 6 months of the year in Vietnam. In the section on the number of employees increased in the period, is the date of conclusion of the employment contract only for official employees?

Under Form No. 07 issued together with Circular 23/2014/TT-BLDTBXH:

COMPANY NAME

SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM

Independence - Freedom - Happiness

---------------

No: ………

…… , day  month  year

To: The Division of Labor, War Invalids, and Social Affairs of district/town/city...
(or The Department of Labor, War Invalids, and Social Affairs of province/municipality...)

Type of enterprise (sole proprietorship, Partnership company, single-member limited liability company, multi-member limited liability company, joint-stock company): ……………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………..

Thus, in this section, the increase in the number of employees during the period must include information on the type of employment contract (Indefinite term, fixed term, Seasonal, or work- or project-based for an agreed period of less than 12 months). This means that your company must provide information on the number of official employees,. not probationary employees.

Respectfully!
