Title: How Many Members Are There in the Executive Committee of a School's Grassroots Trade Union?
Based on Section 9.2, Clause 9 of Guide 238/HD-TLD in 2014 the regulation is as follows:
The number of members of the executive committee of each level of the trade union is decided by the congress of that level, as per the following provisions:
- Executive committee of the grassroots trade union, and trade union unit: From 03 to 07 members.
- Executive committee of the grassroots trade union, trade union, and grassroots trade union member: From 03 to 15 members. Grassroots trade unions with 3,000 or more members shall have no more than 19 members.
- Executive committee of the direct superior trade union: No more than 27 members. Especially, the executive committee of the corporation's trade union under the General Confederation shall have no more than 35 members.
- Executive committee of the central sector and equivalent trade unions, and the provincial and city federations of labor directly under the General Confederation shall have no more than 39 members; In cases where the central sector trade union, provincial, and city federations of labor have 100,000 or more members, the executive committee shall have no more than 49 members. The Executive Committee of the Hanoi Federation of Labor, and the Ho Chi Minh City Federation of Labor shall have no more than 55 members.
In cases where it is necessary to increase the number of executive committee members beyond the regulations, it must be approved by the immediate superior trade union. The additional number of executive committee members shall not exceed 10% of the above regulations.
Thus, in your case, it can be seen that the specific number of members is decided by the grassroots trade union, from 03 to 15 members as per the above regulations.
