Title: Each Year, Employees Are Entitled to 12 Days of Leave
Pursuant to Clause 1, Article 113 of the Labor Code 2019, which stipulates annual leave as follows:
- An employee who has worked for a full 12 months for an employer is entitled to annual leave, fully paid according to the labor contract, as follows:
a) 12 working days for employees performing jobs in normal conditions;
b) 14 working days for employees who are minors, disabled, or work in arduous, hazardous, or dangerous jobs;
c) 16 working days for employees performing particularly arduous, hazardous, or dangerous jobs.
...
Thus, not every employee is entitled to 12 days of annual leave. It depends on the nature, characteristics of the job, and the age of the employee to determine the number of leave days. For example: Employees working in normal conditions will have 12 days of annual leave; employees performing particularly arduous, hazardous, or dangerous jobs will have 16 days of leave.
Best regards!
