The Time of Pension Enjoyment for Female Employees Born in August 1974

Based on the provisions specified in Clause 1, Article 4 of Decree No. 135/2020/ND-CP:

Since January 1, 2021, the retirement age for workers under normal working conditions is 60 years and 3 months for male workers and 55 years and 4 months for female workers; thereafter, the retirement age will increase by 3 months every year for male workers until it reaches 62 years in 2028 and increase by 4 months every year for female workers until it reaches 60 years in 2035.

Simultaneously, Appendix I, the Schedule of Retirement Age under Normal Working Conditions in relation to the corresponding birth month and year, issued with Decree No. 135/2020/ND-CP, stipulates that a female worker born in August 1974 will start receiving a pension from January 2034.

Thus, in the case where you were born in August 1974, you will start receiving your pension from January 2034 in accordance with the regulations.
