In case the enterprise sends the Decision on dissolution to the Business Registration Office according to Clause 3 Article 202 of the Law on enterprises:

We hereby request the Business Registration Office to change the enterprise's status to "the enterprise is carrying out procedures for dissolution", publish the decision on dissolution and measures for debt settlement (if any) on the National Business Registration Portal.

In case the enterprise submits an application for dissolution to the Business Registration Office according to Clause 1 Article 204 of the Law on enterprises:
We hereby declare that we have fulfilled all liabilities according to Clause 2 Article 201 of the Law on enterprises. We hereby also request the Business Registration Office to change our legal status on the National Enterprise Registration Database to “dissolved”.
