The relationship between intermediate schools and enterprises; between intermediate schools and another education institutions in Vietnam

What is relationship between intermediate schools and enterprises in Vietnam?

Pursuant to Article 49 of Circular 14/2021/TT-BLDTBXH, there are regulations on relationship between intermediate schools and enterprises as follows:

Intermediate schools actively cooperate with enterprises in vocational education activities, including:

1. Develop and implement training plans to meet the needs of human resources directly engaged in production, business, and services of enterprises and the labor market.

2. Invite representatives of enterprises to participate in the development of training programs, textbooks of the school; participate in providing lectures, training, providing practice guidance, conducting assessment of learning outcomes, and providing career counseling for students; participate in the school council, board of directors, and advisory council of the school.

3. Cooperate with enterprises in facilitating students to visit, study, and practice at enterprises, associating study with practical activities.

4. Cooperate with enterprises in facilitating teachers to improve their professional skills, associating training with practical activities.

5. Cooperate with enterprises in providing training, retraining, and advanced training to improve professional skills and knowledge of employees of enterprises when it is necessary.

6. Cooperate with enterprises in conducting researches, production, applications, and technology transfer.

7. Enterprises are enabled to participate in evaluating training activities of the school.

What is relationship between intermediate schools and another education institutions in Vietnam?

Pursuant to Article 50 of Circular 14/2021/TT-BLDTBXH, there are regulations on relationship between intermediate schools and general education institutions, vocational education institutions, and higher education institutions are as follows:

1. Intermediate schools cooperate with junior high schools, high schools, vocational - continuing education centers, continuing education centers in propagating information, guiding, and classifying students into different levels of the vocational education;

2. Intermediate schools cooperate with vocational education institutions in providing training activities in accordance with regulations of this Circular and related laws.

3. Intermediate schools cooperate with higher education institutions in the following activities:

a) Providing part-time university-level training in accordance with the Law on Higher Education and its guiding documents;

b) Providing continuing training from intermediate level to university level in accordance with the Law on Education and its guiding documents.

4. Intermediate schools cooperate with vocational - continuing education centers, continuing education centers in providing high school level continuing education programs in accordance with regulations.
