Procedures and Steps for Providing Support to Tour Guides Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic?
Pursuant to Article 34 Decision 23/2021/QD-TTg stipulating the order and procedures for implementing support for tour guides due to Covid-19 as follows:
Tour guides in need of assistance shall submit an application to the Department of Tourism/Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism/Department of Culture, Information, Sports and Tourism (hereinafter collectively referred to as the provincial specialized tourism agency) where the tour guide's license was issued. The deadline for receiving applications is no later than January 31, 2022.
Within 02 working days from the date of receiving the complete application, the provincial specialized tourism agency shall appraise, compile a list of proposals for support and submit it to the Provincial People's Committee for decision.
Within 02 working days from the date of receiving the complete dossier from the provincial specialized tourism agency, the Provincial People's Committee shall issue a decision approving the list and funding for support, and at the same time direct the implementation of the support. In case of disapproval, the Provincial People's Committee shall provide a written notice stating the reasons.
