The Fee for Adjusting the License for Labor Export Service Operation is How Much?
According to Article 13 of the Vietnamese Workers Working Abroad under Contract Law 2020 (Effective from January 1, 2022), regulations on adjusting information of the Service License for Sending Vietnamese Workers Abroad (License) are as follows:

- Within 05 working days from the date of receiving the written request from the service enterprise, the Minister of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs shall adjust the information on the License.
- The service enterprise is exempt from fees when adjusting information on the License.
Therefore, based on the above regulation, when the enterprise adjusts information on the License, it will be exempt from fees.
