Summary of Cases Where Employees Are Entitled to Full Pay for Personal Leave
According to Clause 1, Article 115 of the Labor Code 2019, regulations on cases where employees are entitled to personal leave with full pay include:
- The employee's own marriage: 3 days leave;
- Biological or adopted child's marriage: 1 day leave;
- Biological father, biological mother, adoptive father, adoptive mother passes away: 3 days leave.
- Biological father, biological mother, adoptive father, adoptive mother of the spouse passes away: 3 days leave.
- Biological or adopted child passes away: 3 days leave.
- Spouse of the employee passes away: 3 days leave.
=> When employees take leave with full pay under the above circumstances, they must notify the employer.
