Salary of the Deputy Prime Minister the Government of Vietnam from July 1, 2019

Pursuant to the provisions stipulated in Clause 8, Article 4 of Resolution 70/2018/QH14, the new statutory pay rate effective from July 1, 2019, is 1.49 million VND.

And according to the provisions in Section II (Order number 3) of the Salary Scale for Position of State Leadership Cadres promulgated by the Standing Committee of the National Assembly attached to Resolution 730/2004/NQ-UBTVQH11, the salary coefficient for the first grade of the Deputy Prime Minister the Government of Vietnam is 10.40; the salary coefficient for the second grade is 11.00.

Based on the above provisions, the salary of the Deputy Prime Minister the Government of Vietnam from July 1, 2019, will be 15,496,000 VND (first-grade salary coefficient); for the second-grade salary coefficient, the salary will be 16,390,000 VND.
