Salary of Official Type A3 from July 1, 2019
Based on the provisions in Clause 8, Article 4 of Resolution 70/2018/QH14, the new statutory pay rate as of July 1, 2019, is 1.49 million VND.
According to Table 2 of the salary scale for specialized officials in State agencies issued by the Government of Vietnam attached to Decree 204/2004/ND-CP, the salary level for an official in category A3 as of July 1, 2019, will be calculated as follows:
