Salary Levels of the Chief Procurator of the Supreme People's Procuracy from July 1, 2019
Pursuant to the provisions of Clause 8, Article 4 of Resolution 70/2018/QH14, the new statutory pay rate from July 1, 2019, is VND 1.49 million.
According to the provisions in Section II (Order number 5) of the Salary Scale for Position of State Leadership Cadres issued by the Standing Committee of the National Assembly enclosed with Resolution 730/2004/NQ-UBTVQH11, the salary coefficient of Rank 1 for the Chief Procurator of the Supreme People's Procuracy is 10.40; the salary coefficient of Rank 2 is 11.00.
Based on the above regulations, the salary of the Chief Procurator of the Supreme People's Procuracy from July 1, 2019, will be VND 15,496,000. (salary coefficient of Rank 1); for the salary coefficient of Rank 2, the salary will be: VND 16,390,000.
